About me
My name is Nicola S. Casper-Hoesl, I am a German lawyer qualified in Germany and licensed as a foreign legal consultant in Colorado, USA.
I was born in Munich, Germany where I graduated from high school in 2006. After a gap year in Ghana and Italy, I pursued my law degree at the University of Passau in Germany, graduating in 2013. Subsequently, I earned a master’s degree in international law from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2014. To further enhance my legal education, I completed my practical training, known as „Referendariat“, at esteemed institutions, such as the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Berlin, Germany, the German embassy in Colombo, Sri Lanka, a major international law firm in Munich, Germany, and the local courts of Potsdam, Germany. In 2016, I successfully passed the bar examination.
Prior to my relocation to Colorado, United States, in 2021, I gained valuable experience by working for various international law firms in London, Berlin, and Munich.
I am fluent in German, English, and Italian, which allows me to effectively explain German legal procedures to American and international clients in their native language. This linguistic ability provides great comfort to many of my clients. Additionally, German clients appreciate my international perspective and experience.
Through my collaboration with the law firm Hösl, Hösl & Dr. Hösl in Germany, I am able to enforce German claims before German courts.
